| great grandma risher | well here i go again, its my third time i just saw your latest pictures of our little reshen, he is precious. grandma sue said he was sooo beautiful, and i have to agree this is the first time i ve seen him with his eyes open, it looks like your all doing just great. i think we are going to take your mom and dads old computer, that way we keep up to date with reshen too. our trip here to aunt nancy and richards was pretty good, only it took us three hours to get to indy, due to white outs on st. rd 29 then we had to wait in line for an hour because of an accident, other than that it was okay. hope it clears up by monday. well sweetie bye for now keep those pictures coming and you both are doing a great job, keep it up you three have a very merry christmas, we will all miss you three, maybe one of these years we can all be together again. we just heard from matt that his cancer is in remission, great news. he can now make plans to retire from the navy and plans to move his family back to logansport. nathan and lindzey plan to move out and be on their own soon just in time for matt and family to move in. bye again, love you so much please kiss and hug reshen for me and tell him i love him so much grandma risher |

Had a h-- of a time getting here today. the weather was not very cooperative coming down until we got past indianapolis and then all was well. now that we are here, i am content to stay!!! | Great aunt Shirley Holland | I love the naming story. It is unique to say the least. I am feeling really old at this point becasue I remember that my mother and father were traveling with Ice Capades when your mother was born. She was just dying to get to Lima, Ohio to check out the first grandchild. then I had Jimmy and it was the same problem. So My mother and dad bought each of us a tape recorder from Sears. (A very new idea in the 1955- 56 years and expensive. From then on we sent taped letters to share all the news about the babies. Now this generation does it electronically. Time marches on!
